Homemade goodies

So tonight I had the chance to make homemade Rolo Snickerdoodles and homemade hot fudge. The fudge was a request by Steve AGAIN. He says we no longer have to purchase hot fudge from the grocery store when I can make I taste just as good:) thanks babe!!

The ROLO Snickerdoodles were influenced by pinterest. They taste great but I needed milk to top it off:( Dad I will bring you some to try.

Baby food making

Ellie slept wonderfully last night and we all got to sleep for 7 straight hours after that last bottle. This morning I wanted to enjoy the day starting off making baby food and later hitting up the greenway. No church this morning but I will enjoy Gods nature and take Ellie on a stroll as well:)

Thanks nana for the baby food containers. I believe I need to hit up the dollar general for some more trays:)

Granny and pawpaw babysit

Eva came over to hang with granny and pawpaw while mommy did some chores around the house. Ellie gets to spend some time with her cousin Eva. Eva sang her Jesus loves me and her ABC's.

Uncle Brian

Brian came to town to finally meet Ellie. He was last here to see Steve and I when Ellie was still locked up inside. We thought if we ate Thai food two days back to back and order it extra spicy Ellie might show up. She did not. Brian left America sad. So 6 months later here she is!! And very excited to meet Uncle Brian I might add:)

Being sick has given me time to play on my phone since it does not require much moving around. So I have played with photoshop today:)

Bridal Holiday.

 My friend Ashley got married on New Year's Eve and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work on her hair. She wanted something vintage looking with pin curls and such. The birdcage veil helped to set the final look. I also did her make up for the event. Once she get's the pictures back from the photographer I will be sure to post some close ups  =)
