Here is Nana's bathroom I painted this weekend. It took 3 coats to cover but it was well worth it! What do you think ? :)

Father of Fathers

In the midst of all the excitement today, I didn't even call my own Dad to wish him a Happy Father's Day! So I must write out a love letter to him. It's too late to call him now ;) 

 

Dad: 

  I can't even begin to thank you for how much you do for me and my family. To think about How much you loved me through the rough times as a teen/young adult. That you worked 3 jobs just so Mom could stay home with us. That you paid for my braces, multiple teeth pulling, mouth surgery and on and on. You have devoted yourself to your family and God, which shows like no other. You have shown me what a real father is and how one never changes his love for his family...no matter WHAT we go thru. You are my biggest supporter, encouraging me but always cautious for me too. 

I don't know what I would do without you and I hope that I have become the daughter you always wanted me to be.

NOW.... FOR my husband 

You work so hard for our family, long hours and many extra days during the weekends. But when it's all said and done, you come home and turn into a funny, loving, caring father and husband. Even though there may be times you just need to relax and decompress, you put that aside and throw Ellie around and make her giggle till she's exhausted from excitement. You mow the grass and take care of the yard ((bc you know I hate bugs)) and you do all this for us!! Ellie and I love you dearly and we have had our hard moments of going from 0 to 1. We didn't expect it to be easy and some days are harder than others, but I believe we have a strong teamwork and that's why we work!! Love you babe :)
