New York Day 1.

These are pictures from our first day in New York. From Rockefeller to passing beautiful window displays which were AMAZING I might add, to us standing in front of The Plaza. The last picture is of Steve locking the door to our 2.8 million dollar home we got to stay in. Our host, Patty is a nanny in NY who hooked us up with her employers house while they were vacationing in Australia for the holiday's. Sweet deal, thanks Patty.

I totally had no clue in remembering what I was doing with my hands in the picture. My trainer Amanda said, I asked you how you felt. All I told her was, it is over and I am finished. I must have been on a runner's high b/c I really don't remember talking nor saying too much. Can't wait to be in another one.

I completed this 5K in 35minutes and 32 seconds. Next, I am working to run 5 miles in general just for the fun and the exercise it brings.

TODAY IS :

My father's LAST day of working for the Roanoke City Fire Department!!
We are so proud of his hard work all these years to make the Yearout ladies lives the best He could.
I LOVE YOU DAD FOR ALL THAT YOU ARE AND DO!

TODAY IS:
an accomplishment of running the course of a 5K.
I did the course for the Drumstick Run this morning and I finished. WHOOP WHOOP

We went and saw Miss. Eva today again at the hospital. It's amazing how much you can love someone you just met. Oh, she is wonderful and perfect and precious. I just can't stop rubbing her toes and soft skin. Amazing, just pure wonderful.

EVA REESE BOYD is born!!!!!!! She was 7pds. 15 oz. She is adorable and wiggles her tongue like crazy. A long tongue she does have by the way. Her eyes look like Lily's when she was born. Laura said this birth was WAY different than Lily. She went almost 7cm WITHOUT an epidural. She's a superhero!!! Oh, Im so excited to be an aunt AGAIN!

Here is a picture of my best friend Staci ((she lives in Arizona)). We have been best buds since high school 9th grade. The other 3 pictures are of us from Halloween at the salon. As you noticed I didn't dress up just did my makeup. I was going to be an 'egg' and steve was to be the 'bacon' but he got sick so we didn't play dress up.

Oh p.s- Laura is gunna pop a baby out tonight we hope!

Ten Ten Oh Nine

Yup, that's right everyone! Kate and Alan are a happy old married couple now. Yippieeeeee it's all done and over, we all made it. Ok, so we might be a little sluggish today from dancing on our feet so much. I personally didn't get any time to take pictures so the ones I have are from my friend Sara who is in the picture with me (red hair). Whew, just ask for all the details when I see you cuz Im pooped just thinking about them right now. All I have to say is, 14 months of planning........JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!
