He's breaking chains
This is an awesome artist that I was introduced to by Staci a year ago, BJ Putbam. Take 9 minutes to listen to this song. You can't help yourself from raising your hands. The teara poured down Sunday when we sang this song. I can't type anymore because I will mess my make up this morning! Wowwwwwww

John 1:16
"16 Out of the fullness of his grace he has blessed us all, giving us one blessing after another. (Goodnews Bible )
We are so thankful to be able to spend time at the beach with all our family. To take time away from work to relax. I'm reminded every year that when we get to the beach it's a time to regroup, take a moment or two and not think of time or being "on time". When you are a hair stylist that's all I am focused on...time. Making sure I'm on track for my client and the one following that appointment and so on.
But not here, not at the beach. We get to bask in the sun (wear your sunscreen), listen to the waves and birds. Hear the children giggle and scream in excitement of running away from the waves.
I am blessed and thankful for all that I have. It's because of Him.
Max30 month 1 complete
Month 1 complete of #max30. This morning I am beginning month 2 of #max30. But first I had to share my results with you guys. To let you know I am still in this and can't WAIT to see what happens in the next month. I have a couple more pictures I will post. My favorite change in these 2 pictures is the lift in my tush. From the side angle that is, you can tell the shelf is being made. The lift it has been given, it doesn't look flat/floppy and attached straight down to my leg anymore. I want that shelf to be more defined. My stomach is going down because my inches that I measure every Friday say so! I will share with you also where I started with beginning Max30 and where I finished month 1 at. Results! Results!!!!
My backside angle is my favorite. I'm getting a better, tighter tush.
Here are my measurements/numbers from when I started Max:30.

Great words of encouragement
BE ENCOURAGED
“But God who encourages those who are discouraged…” 2 Corinthians 7:6
Have you ever been down in the dumps? Found yourself fighting discouragement? Well join the crowd. We all have those moments. But the good news is that God is not absent during those times, He is always there to give us a boost when we need it, because God is an encourager.
He spoke to Joshua right after he assumed the leadership of Israel and said, “This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)
Then do you remember what He said to Jesus when He was water baptized? “...This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.” (Matthew 3:17 NLT)
Ever wondered why God said those things to Joshua and to Jesus? I don’t know for certain but it sure seems like they both needed a little encouragement. So God gave them some encouraging words that would ring in their ears and in their hearts as they prepared to face some huge challenges.
The Bible urges us to use our words in such a way that they, our words, encourage the people around us. You see words can either tear down or they can lift up. Listen to what the Bible says in Ephesians 4:29,
Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
God encourages us with His words, He’ll use people to encourage us with their words, and we can even encourage ourselves with our own words. So let’s do what the Bible says and “...encourage each other and build each other up…” (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
So encourage yourself today by saying this:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I have the mind of Christ, and I am full of wisdom and discernment. I make good decisions. God’s favor surrounds me like a shield. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. I am more than a conqueror through Christ. I’m a winner, not a loser, I’m going forward not backward. My best days are ahead of me, In Jesus’ Name, Amen!”

Get God, get fit!
17 This is what the Lord says—
your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
who teaches you what is best for you,
who directs you in the way you should go.
your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
who teaches you what is best for you,
who directs you in the way you should go.
Isaiah 48:17
Who's direction do you tend to take? Yours? The one your parents planned for you? The boyfriend who pushes you his way? Your high school teachers?
I believe that no other direction is the right path because it is forced. Gods path is a choice you take. He doesn't push us to do His plans. He gives us free will. A choice to believe in Him and take faith in it, that His ways will be better, even stronger than ours. He doesn't force Himself upon us.
This new, healthier path I have been on since April is something I have prayed about and wanted God to put a fire inside me for it. That He wouldn't let it die out. That I wouldn't fade out. To wake up anew, restored, rested and ready to complete the task of working out and eating better every day.
1 Cor 6:19-20
19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,20 for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
I choose to give God the praise on this path He has kept me on. The strong will to not give up. May His name be on the tip of my lips and in my heart to give Him the praise!
Happy Monday!!!!!!!
