I hope that you enjoy looking at these pictures as much as I love taking them! Any chance I can get to have a free hand, I will capture a moment with Miss Ellie. Thanks Mom and Dad for letting me crash at your house last night. Mom I appreciate your late night feedings and changing of the diapers so that I could get sleep longer than 40 minutes. I will be sure to come over again while Im on maternity leave. Feels good inside to be at home with you and Dad. =) I feel that watching you take care of Ellie helped me understand more of being the Mom you were to us. You have this gentle touch that I hope to achieve the more I spend time with Ellie. Must be those "grandmaw" touches you all have that eases them, puts them to sleep and makes them feel safe. Connie, I hope you got your baby fix as well. Thanks for also feeding/changing Ellie. She loves her Aunt Connie. Laura, thanks for the cd of pictures from the birth. It really brought tears to my eyes to relive those moments. I would love to get some of them developed and put in frames. Thanks for capturing the moment and being apart of it.

Sling her up

Had to post this picture b/c I love when Daddy and Ellie snuggle.









Ellie all bundled up in the sling Patty got for her. Patty made sure we knew how to use the sling without dropping Ellie out of it.











This is our friend Patty from N.Y. We have not seen her since Steve and I went to N.Y. She is a nanny in Brooklyn to Sarah Jessica Parker. Yup, Patty has extra cool points. She recently got engaged and will be getting married in June of 2012. I have asked her if she would sit me at SJP's table for dinner. heheh Im a nerd but I love me some Sex and the City.







Doesn't she look comfy. As if she was still in my tummy. This will come in handy tonight for those hours of not wanting to sleep. =) Thanks Patty.

These pants were for 0-3 months old. She reminds me of a 90's rapper in these. Of course she got too hot in the layer of clothes so they did NOT last long. Still cute for a picture though. =)





My friend Jen Glass ((aka: Warren McCormick's girlfriend)) came over
today to spend some time with us and brought Ellie some head bands that her daughter can not wear anymore. So I am sure you will see Ellie sporting more of these in pictures and in person.

bath time was a success!!

That's right. No crying what so EVER. She just layed there and watched Daddy wash her while mommy held her right from falling off the counter. She really seemed to enjoy bath time like we thought it would wear her out and she would sleep. Nope. This was not the case =( Sleep was not in my future last night BUT it's ok I love her so much still.
