39 incher this morning in deep water, biggest red drum I've ever caught!!! We caught 10 between 37 and 39 in a row, to the point my arms are tired.

Claiming what?

If you say it, you claim it. This is something I think about often when I talk, or when I listen to others speak. Don't claim things are worse than they really are. We all struggle somehow, so be aware and make your decisions better today than yesterday. For if you claim it, then you really are.

 

I know that I spend a good amount of time playing on technology when Ellie sleeps, a clients color is processing or Steve is driving. There are times when I just read the news feed on Facebook and see such negative posts. Most of us are blessed beyond measure, have a roof over our heads, food in our fridge and a healthy family. But why do we claim to be unhappy, poor, stressed, lonely and sad. There is something missing inside each of us that feel this way, I believe. I believe that answer is a relationship with Jesus. He is our full filler,  sustain er, our refuge when we are weak. We need to claim victory as ours today and everyday. For when we have Jesus in our hearts and a relationship with Him we can be happy, prosperous,  less stressed, content and happy. 

I wish more of my friends knew Jesus the way I do. There is no harm is 'getting' to know Him. To study His word, worship in his house with other believers. What have we got to lose if we don't, you say. My answer is this: life everlasting, being blessed abundantly,  having help solving life's struggles, guidance when times are tough, not feeling so defeated or lonely all the time. God is awesome, talk to Him.

Bathroom Color??

Hey Dad!! 

 I really like this bathroom color. Do you think it would suit the downstairs bathroom?? What paint do I get, matte, semi-gloss etc.?  I am talking about the color above the shower curtain. Can you point me in the direction. I want that grey,tan,mauve looking color.

Christmas just came for me in one cookie. Oh my word. I just had a "girl scout" cookie in October. I may turn into a fat girl in NO TIME. Go buy these NOW!!!

Farm Day

We went with Matt and Georgie, Jen and her kids Phillip and Annaleise along with Michelle McCormick. We only got to see Connie and that crew for a brief minute. We got there when it first opened so there were no lines and we got to enjoy the grounds. But boy did it SMELL!! I realized God knew my future was to be NOW and not back in farmer days. Sorry Dad but this girl was not cut out for cow poo. ;)

Jesus said it plain and clear. Sometimes we just need to step back and let God do His wonder. When the disciples asked God, how can anyone be saved this was Jesus' reply in verse 26. This affirms to me how little we are and how BIG Jesus is. He can save,fix, perfect, heal, transform, break, restore and much more. I believe in His word and that's that :)
