2 years and counting.....

Steve doing what he does best. Soaking in as much AC he can handle. This boy was not afraid for what he was about to do. He was making sure NOT to pass out b/c of the heat ;)

Looking back I am so thankful that GiGi got to view this big day and be there for her grandson. What a blessing she was in the time I got to know her and that witty humor. My how I miss her.

Don't know WHAT Steve was telling me in this picture, I think we BOTH were trying to NOT pass out b/c ALL eyes were on us by this point. Oh the pressure and anxiety we both have. =) Walking off into the most beautiful sunset ever. God showed us that He was there with many blessings. By giving us a sunset, cool breeze and a beautiful full moon. All of this was taking place while saying our vows.

Kris did an amazing job with the center pieces, the flowers, decorations. My oh my Im sure we gave her anxiety and stomach ulcers but she did fantastic and was well worth it. Let HER help plan your wedding!!!

2 years and Im counting down to the big 5-0 years. Only 48 more to go. Not that it's over at 50, it's just a step in this journey together that I look forward to with the LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! The man who brings a smile to my face, love in my heart, confidence in my soul. He is an encourager, amazing hard worker, dedicated to always putting me first and making sure Im happy. He is the man that I wish we had more of. Replica's of Steve would make many woman out there happy to have and realize Love is NOT dead, men can still be gentlemen and love you just as you are. ok, Im going to cry now. ha!

Happy Anniversary Babe, baby, booboo, boosie poosie, sweetie.

Pre-Labor Day Fun 9/5/10

Much fun was had with the combination of yearout and nelson families. Lot's of kiddie fun, great burgers and hotdogs ((no bun of course)) prepared by the wonderful chef Bob! Steve and I truly enjoyed our time this evening especially with all of us playing in the backyard. Steve was a trooper even with the sling on, he still gave this kids much attention and wasn't limited too bad. =) We need MORE gatherings than just 'Holiday' gatherings I do believe. Plus, this helps me with my baby fix when it arises. heheh

Focus.BarbellClass.Focus

That's right, Im lifting all that weight. Here in the picture is a 25pd and 3 10's on each side equaling a total of 155pds. This is my new working weight for deadlifts. My one rep MAX for deadlifts is: 180 pds. I have to tell you that about 2 months ago my MAX deadlift was exactly 155 pds. So in just a little over 2 months I can lift 25 more pounds. Goodness gracious Im getting strong.

Steve's MAX deadlift is 405pds!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can I say that again 405pds!!!!!! His working weight is 345pds. I got me a strong man over here, watch out any robbers or stealers. Don't come into our house. We will deadlift ya, and throw you ACROSS the room.

Steve and I will have completed a 12 week Barbell class about 2 weeks into September. All the while developing stronger muscle and achieving goals we have never met in our past. This has truly been exciting to see both of us grow. Steve must quit the class 2 week shy of completion due to rotary cuff surgery on Aug. 28th. So keep him in your prayers that day. His mom and dad will be taking care of him the first couple of days due to my job of never ending work. I can't take care of him the way he needs to be cared for. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Bono =)

P.s---I will have a picture of me doing a pull up very shortly, Im almost there dad...almost got it.

Meg&Ben Call's Wedding 8/21/10

What a WONDERFUL wedding. This took place at Sundara which is in Boonesmill. I have never heard of this place before but check it out online and suggest it to friends/family that are getting married. The catering took place by Center Stage Catering. It was sooooooo yummy honestly the best I have tasted at a wedding. Myself and Erica did the bridal party. Meg has been a friend of mine for years. Her and Ben live in Charlottesville. This truly is a match made couple. They are perfect for each other =) Steve and I had a wonderful time but that poor boy can never cool down. The mountains were beautiful. I will post pictures that steve took off of his phone.

'53 Chevy Fleetline

Today just got better and better. Daddy, dadddy pleaseeeeee will you buy this car for me!!! We stopped so that I could take pictures beside it on the way home from The Bono's. It caught my eye as we drive up route 116 just past Mike's Nursery on the right. I still have NOT stopped talking about this. The prettiest blue EVER!!! With some orange outlining. You gotta click on the pictures to see a better view. I told Steve, if only I had 13,000 in savings this would be MY baby. =) Dad, I know you will appreciate this and how my heart beats so fast when I look at the pictures. Ahhhhhh, one day will I ever own an 'old' car. ??

God On High

This really WAS an amazing Sunday. On this day Gabby, Daniel and I decided to have a day out in nature with God by our side and above us. Perfect weather and a nice breeze to cool us off. I do have to say this is the HIGHEST hike I have been on. 2,842 ft. to be exact. There was rock climbing involved and like a 12 incline for some long distance. We finished this hike in about 3 hrs. That is including sitting up at the top having a snack and taking pictures.

We did some praying together, singing Jesus songs together even some country songs. Had to lighten the mood since the sweat was POURING. I hope that I burned as many calories as I had climbed. Daniel and Gabby are such wonderful friends to have. I am so happy we are on the same page with God and nature. You don't have to be in church to talk to God or experience Him. Just step outside in His nature and let Him take you away. That's what we did. Amen =)

Eva Reese

This is my little sunshine. She is almost 9 months old this month. Eva brings so much happiness to my life when I get to spend time with her at grannys. That smile, big blue eyes and that little tongue she likes to stick out. I can't get enough of her. Mommy needs to let me babysit her on a friday or a monday that I have off and she needs to work. So we can spend quality time together =) She knows her Aunt Jeanie since her and granny always look at picutres on the wall. Granny tells her who each person is, so she get's used to our faces.
